A coaching journey is a set of conversations that help you gain insights into the drivers your behaviour (see video below) and your ‘blind spots’. From raised awareness choice becomes possible & taking steps forwards.
A coaching journeys with me is ‘short & sweet’ & consist of 3 sessions of 2 hours with an interval of max 2 months.
I have over 20 years of experience facilitating teams and supporting individuals & hold numerous coaching and psychology qualifications.
