Personal Journey
We all face changes and challenges in our lives. A personal journey is a set of conversations that raise awareness about what consciously & subconsciously drives your behaviour and how this shows up in your life. Through these ‘aha moments’ choice becomes possible & the next phase is taking steps towards desired outcomes.
A personal journey with me consists of 3 sessions of 2 hours with approx 1 month intervals.
I have over 20 years of experience facilitating teams and supporting individuals & hold numerous qualifications.
