• Independant consultant - 2019 onwards

  After having worked for decades within large corporations I have recentlyshifted my focus to smaller sized organisations and young people. On most projects I team-up with one of my trusted colleagues from my time at Aberkyn.

• Founding Partner Aberkyn , 2013-2018

  I am one of the 9 founding partners of the Aberkyn, initially a joint venture with McKinsey & company. Aberkyn grew into a global network of 180+ facilitators with hubs in Europe, USA and Australasia within a few years. It was a very exciting time and I have been very lucky to have been part of that. In the process I gained invaluable experience as facilitator on FTSE board level and as a member of the Aberkyn Leadership Team. McKinsey & company aquired 100% ownership of Aberkyn in 2018.

• Partner Sheppard Moscow , 2005 - 2011

  The first non-native English speaker to become a partner at Shepppard Moscow, I owe a solid organisational change foundation to the support of my inspiring Sheppard Moscow colleagues.

• Qualifications

  1. Post Graduate Degree Psychological Coaching, Middlesex University (REBT) as well as a Post Graduate Degree Psychology, Leeds University (Gestalt therapy ) 2008.

  2. A broad range of diploma’s/ certificates within the psychological, mind-body realm; Unconscious Bias & Diversity, Barett Levels of Consciousness, Meyers Briggs, EFT therapy amongst others.

  Started working my professional career in Brand Management with Procter & Gamble and proceeded to work in FMCG Licensing with The Walt Disney Company in Brussels & London.
