  I currently focus on 1-to-1 coaching and team journeys leveraging my 20 years experience with corporates.

• Founding Partner Aberkyn - 2012- 2018

  Aberkyn started as a joint-venture with McKinsey & company & I am one of the 9 founding partners. Over time Aberkyn expanded into a network of 180+ facilitators with hubs in Europe, USA and Australasia. I was part of the Leadership Team & I facilitated on FTSE Board level. All in all it was an exciting learning journey for me! McKinsey & company aquired 100% ownership of Aberkyn in 2018.

• Partner SheppardMoscow 2005 - 2011

  Sheppard Moscow is an independant international consultancy firm based in London. I owe a solid Change Management foundation to my time at Sheppard Moscow.

  Qualifications

• Post Graduate Degree Psychological Coaching, Middlesex university (REBT) & Leeds university (Gestalt therapy) 2008. & broad range of coaching qualifications.

• Law Degree, Leiden University 1987

• European FMCG Licensing roles for The Walt Disney Company in London & Brussels and Brand Management roles for Procter & Gamble in Rotterdam.
