    After having worked for decades with large corporations I have recently shifted my focus to smaller sized organisations and young people. On most projects I team-up with a trusted colleagues from my time at Aberkyn.

  • Founding Partner Aberkyn - 2013- 2018 Amsterdam

    I am one of the 9 founding partners of the Aberkyn, initially a joint venture with McKinsey & company. Aberkyn grew quickly into a global network of 180+ facilitators (!) with hubs in Europe, USA and Australasia. This was an exciting time & I am very lucky to have been part of that. In the process I gained invaluable experience as facilitator on FTSE board level and as a member of the Aberkyn Leadership Team. McKinsey & company aquired 100% ownership of Aberkyn in 2018.

  • Partner Sheppard Moscow - 2005 - 2011

    London

    The first non-native English speaker to become a partner at Shepppard Moscow, I owe a solid organisational change foundation to the support of my inspiring Sheppard Moscow colleagues.

  • Qualifications

    1. Post Graduate Degree Psychological Coaching, Middlesex University (REBT) as well as a Post Graduate Degree Psychology, Leeds University (Gestalt therapy) 2008.

    2. A broad range of diploma’s/ certificates within the psychological, mind-body realm; Unconscious Bias & Diversity, Barett Levels of Consciousness, Meyers Briggs, EFT therapy amongst others.

    Prior to Change Management

  • I have worked in European FMCG Licensing roles for The Walt Disney Company in London & Brussels and In Brand Management for Procter & Gamble in Rotterdam prior to becoming a Change Management consultant.

  • In my younger years I travelled for years in Africa, Australia & Asia. I funded this through all sorts of local work; marketing or consultancy assignments, casual work and ….. most notably, as a white water river guide 😄 braving rivers in Austria and Nepal! I absolutely loved the adventure of it all & so grateful I had these experiences.
