  • Flow Traders - Facilitated a year long team journey with the Management Team & Supervisory Board of this vibrant organisation.

  • IFC / World Bank - Facilitated cohorts for IFC/Worldbank executives in Washington, Rwanda and India to strengthen client relationships in different geographies.

  • Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra - Supported the Board of RCO on team cohesion and culture change to facilitate deeper interpersonal connections in a multi cultural organisation with strong Dutch origins.

Large scale interventions

  • McKinsey & Company - Designed & facilitated the McKinsey London Partnership off-site (+/-100 partners attending) and the Mckinsey Amsterdam Partnership off-site (+/- 40 partners attending) with the aim to strenghten internal collaboration across sectors.

Culture Change

  • RCS/RVSV, Vindicat, ASC/AVSV , Nyenrode University - Culture change programmes within traditional Dutch student bodies. Facilitated conversations on alcohol/drugs use, male-female relationships and hierarchial structures which affects thousands of students in their formative years and impacts on Dutch society.

  • Philips - Facilitated Cultural Leadership Programmes for top teams in a.o. Dubai, Shanghai, Sao Paolo, Singapore & Atlanta.
